Becoming an HFA Publisher Affiliate

To become an HFA affiliate publisher, your
publishing company must make at least one song available for licensing through HFA, and has to have had at least one song commer- cially released by a third party within the last twelve months.

Please complete the online general infor- mation form below and then download HFA's publisher affiliation package. In order to become an HFA affiliated publisher, you must complete HFA's affiliation package and return it to HFA for processing.
