HFA offers licensing for various digital formats, including full-length permanent digital downloads (DPD's), limited use digital downloads, on-demand streaming, and more.

HFA offers licenses under Section 115 of the U.S. Copyright Act to make and distribute DPD's. If you would like to license less than 2,500 DPDs, you can now do so using HFA Songfile. Licensees with established HFA Online accounts can also obtain DPD licenses using eMechanical, or if you need to obtain licenses in bulk (over 100 titles) please submit HFA's DPD Application.
